A complement, not a competitor

Guests use their own phone. You need no second camera and no second screen, just the Eddie, a Windows PC and the blanks. The stand with the QR code sits next to your booth.

Set up in minutes for each event

  • Event templates for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, Christmas parties, carnival and football set the look, frames, decorations and greeting texts in nine languages.
  • Your clients' names, date and motto are entered by you and appear at the start and as a text suggestion.
  • Custom frames with your clients' logo or your own can be uploaded as an image.
  • Over 100 masks and decoration motifs, from veils to party hats, unlocked per occasion.
  • To get you started, we set up canprintweb for you. After that, you create every event yourself.

Two ways to charge

Flat fee with the host

The couple or the company books a package, for example 200 cookies. The kiosk is free for guests, and the quota makes sure no more is printed than agreed, per guest too if you like.

Sales per cookie

At a town fair, trade fair or market, guests pay on their phone with Stripe or PayPal, straight into your account. canprintweb issues the invoice at handover.

On the night of the event

  • Stall page for your staff: what is being printed right now, what is ready to collect, a pause button for the printer.
  • Dashboard on PC and phone: orders, queue, quota usage.
  • Separate logins for your event staff, with restricted permissions.
  • Print client with a double-click from the dashboard, no administrator rights needed.

  • A Primera Eddie. Buy or rent one, as a long-term solution for your season.
  • Blanks: round and square cookies, heart-shaped cookies, macarons, chocolate discs, marshmallows, gingerbread and more, in original packaging.
  • A Windows PC with internet next to the printer.
  • For sales, your own Stripe or PayPal account.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to be at every event?

Someone needs to restock and hand out the cookies, just as with your photo booth. Guests do the ordering and designing on their own.

What about food law?

Anyone who hands cookies to guests registers as a food business operator with the food control authority. The blanks come in original packaging with all the manufacturer's details.

What happens to the photos?

They stay on the server only until printed and are then deleted automatically.
