Stall PC in three steps
- Download the package from your dashboard. Your credentials are already included.
- Unzip it.
- Double-click "Einrichten" (set up). Autostart and shortcuts are created; no administrator rights needed.
Updates install with a single click.
Printers at a glance
A traffic light shows for each printer whether it's ready, delayed, switched off or has a fault. If something jams, the order stays in the queue and is printed later. Our support team sees your stall PC's log too – you don't need to send anything.
Tray printing
A tray holds several cookies in the Eddie at once. Your guest designs one image and the stall prints it into every cavity – for example five cookies at 41 mm. Ideal for packs and busy periods. A test print shows beforehand that everything lines up.
When the Wi-Fi wobbles
Your guests keep ordering over their own mobile data. Paid orders are never lost: the stall PC prints them as soon as it's back online.
